In 2 years to 3 Years
Non-sold goods are not to be taken in return, nor any adjustments will be made for the unsold goods. Once goods are checked and received by the Unit any damaged goods (damaged occurred by the Unit) will not be taken back.
Daily transaction by Cash only, no credit will be facilitated.
All licenses and govt, duties are to be obtained and cleared by the Unit, and the business will commence only after the licenses are obtained and submitted in attested photocopies to the Company.
If the Unit is a tenant or rented, then a No Objection Certiflcate is to be submitted by the Unit before the Company, issued by the Landlord of the concerned shop/showroom for the Unit.
Reinforced reconstruction if any, as the Company may think fit to be borne by the Unit, and decoration as per the Company’s instruction should also be borne by the Unit. (Complying Company’s protocol)
Showcases, refrigerators, micro ovens, hot-cases, fly-catchers, steel racks, glow sign boards, menu flexes, utensils, crockery, tables, chairs, stools, electrical appliances, etc., all to be borne by the Unit after the approval of the Company. (Complying Company’s protocol)
A proper book of accounts to be maintained by the Unit in the shop, and Point of Sale software and computer, printer is also need to be installed by the Unit along with proper voucher printing. (Complying Company’s protocol)
No Other Products and services are to be carried out by the unit without prior written consent from the Company.
All Taxes and Registration expenses shall be borne by the unit and shall be deposited without any delay. Any dispute that arises shall be settled by the unit itself.
All details regarding our sweets, snacks, and other items, its ingredients, recipes, etc shall not be shared by the unit to anyone. Proper secrecy shall be maintained from the competitor and no such information should be shared with anyone which could harm the reputation and business of the Company.
The unit must make sure the outlet is properly maintained to be hygienic and clean. Also, the sweets are fresh and in proper condition, if the sweets have been stale and not fresh, they should be removed from the counter immediately. If any departmental actions are taken because of the outlet's negligence, all expenses related to that case shall be borne by the unit.
If found that the unit not maintaining the above points we have the right to cancel the franchise and terminate the agreement after warning the unit. If the unit wants to terminate the agreement he will have to give a prior notice of 6 months and 20% of the security deposit will be deducted.
